Suggest Treatment For Severe Wrist Pain

I'm having a new onset problem with wrist pain. It is evoked most by palmar pressure when dorsiflexed (like if I'm giving a massage.) No trauma hx, has been several weeks without improvement. Seems around capitate bone, when I feel and put pressure...hurts above and below. No real arthritis in my hands, no injury, unsure what other things could cause it (nerves, ligaments) but is very circumscribed area of discomfort. It's my right mousing hand with lots of computer time at work.
