Suggest Treatment For Sharp Back Pain After Hitting Back
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...... hi i have slipped over and hit my whole back of body on concrete. i have a sharp pain in my sternum and at the joints of my shoulder. my chin is also locked up and i have a bad headache. is this serious
Dear patient you have suffered blunt trauma to chest, shoulder and lock jaw which I think is serious problem. Don't take this lightly and get yourself examined from emergency services personnel. I would like to advise radiograph of chest and skull to rule out bony abnormalities. Also lock jaw required urgent treatment and reduction. Also you are getting headache which might be due to head injury. If you get vomiting or convulsions kindly do CT scan of skull plain SOS contrast. All the best.
