Suggest Treatment For Sharp Chest Pain And Breathlessness

I feel a stitch in my chest and when I breath heavily it hurts. This started yesterday and since then my chest feels heaven or blocked. It almost feels like my food is stuck and I don t feel hungry although I haven t eaten much since dinner last night. Is this gastro? I ve tried taking gaviscon but not help

In such complain, you should not wait for any time. You must consult Physician for check-up of ECG and blood pressure to rule out whether these problems are heart related or not. Because, physical examination is very important in this cases.

Till the time of consultation, take Tablet-Disprin (if no allergy), dissolved in half glass of water once in a day for a day and Capsule PAN-D (if no allergy), before 15 minutes of meal once in a day for a day.
