Suggest Treatment For Sharp Chest Pain And Upper Back Pain
i have had sharp pain in my chest and left upper back on and off for the last six months or so. The pain also radiates to my neck and left shoulder and upper arm on occasions. I am a 35 yr old male and I have been weight training and eating healthy since I was 15. I also noticed 6 - 12 months ago I began to get out of breath much quicker than is normal for me.

Seeing the h/o sharp pain in the chest referring on back and neck requires evaluation of your case.
Go for EEG and TMT to rule out any cardiac ailments.
There is also a possibility of having cervical spondilitis so go for x-ray cervical region for cervical spondilitis.
After all reports, plan of treatment can be decided.
