After reading your query I can tell you that visiting your doctor is very important at this point as you had some internal injuries based on your history to know about that a ultrasound scan is very important to rule out internal bleeding. If you were my patient I will give you tablet acetaminophen and educate you to have investigations for early diagnosis and treatment.
