Suggest Treatment For Sharp Lower Abdominal Pain
have unexplained little larger than quarter size bruise anterior knee area after suffering about a week of sharp abdominal pain which originated left side of lower abdomden that was piercing through my back. As the days passed started feeling abdominal pain all over stomach area still pain radiating to back. once pain subsided after a week i noticed within 2 to 3 dys later mysterious bruise?? could i be vitamin D deficient?

Hello,
It may be due to several causes.
For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, ultrasound abdomen after surgeon consultation.
For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen and dicyclomine.
Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.
You may require antibiotics after consultation
