General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* It is the systemic inflammatory response with fever responsible for
the sharp pain and burning sensation in the hip , neck, fingers and
other body parts.

* Primary goal must be directed towards temperature control with
analgesia via intake of diclofenac, ibuprofen or paracetamol tablet
and later secondary cause evaluation may be a part of evaluation
parameters.

Thank you.
Regards.
