Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In Chest Under Left Breastbone

Hi. Today I had sharp pains in my chest, under my left breastbone that lasted on & off for a few minutes. I m not sure if this was angina or gas build up in my chest. (I did have an intense debate an hour prior to this) Is there a specific test for angina? Maybe a test that looks for cardiac enzymes or something?

this may be coronary problem. ECG ultrasound, mostly clinically it is to be diagnosed. echo cardiogram is also of diagnostic value.you have to consult cardiologist, for examination and advise.
