Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In Left Wrist

Hello, I was wondering if you can help me out in trying to figure out what is wrong with my left wrist. It all started during my weights and conditioning class about 7 months ago when I started to do power cleans. Whenever I would do this work out I would get a really sharp pain in my wrist. After that I would get a pain that would happen whenever I bend my wrist backward and forward. The pain would last for about a week to a week and half. Since then I have stopped doing the workout but i still get the pain whenever I put a lot of pressure on my wrist.

Hi

This could be an injury either muscular, skeletal or musculoskeletal requiring a doctors examination and even possibly an X-ray of the region. For now I would recommend rest, ice application and mild pain management medications until you can approach your doctor.

Best wishes
