Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Arms

So yesterday my fiancé pulled my arm weird when we were messing around and wrestling for fun and we both heard it pop and i had sharp pains in my arm for awhile and then I took tylonel and felt better but couldn t move my arm. This morning I woke up and it s still pretty sore and I have limited mobility. I can move my fingers but slowly and it hurts if I do it too long, as well as I can t move my wrist up and down. It s a little swollen but the pain is just pretty bad. Any ideas?

Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
The pain you feel may be as a result of muscle stress/strain, sprain or a fracture in exstreme cases.I will suggest you continue with tylenol, add a topical pain gel like voltarene gel.If pain and swelling persist, you see the Doctor for an X ray to exclude a fracture.
Hope this will help
Best regards
