Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Head

Hi, I have had head pain for the past few months. MRI is all clear. The worst of the pain that came up from the back of my head has now diminished, however I still get sharp pain on my left side of my head up to the top when I bend over, cough, stand up. I get relief when I lie down and when I sleep. However, even when I roll over in bed the sharp pain shoots up to my head. Are you able to help, as I haven t had any success with the GP.
