I m a woman who always has cold feet and hands. My feet are even cold when I wear socks! Also sometimes when I walk I feel a sharp pain from my knee up in either leg (though not both at once). I also believe I have RLS(restless leg syndrome) because when I m sitting my leg always just goes up and down like a sewing machine . I am also sometimes dizzy upon standing and along with dizziness I will sometimes get headaches. I ve had headaches more frequently, maybe once a day (if you count ones that last 30 seconds). I m just mildly concerned because I ve,had cold feet and hands for a long time, however the other things showed up more recently and I was curious.
