General Surgeon 's  Response
If you are having sharp pain on your left testis, with high blood sugars, it denotes an inflammation. You would be having Epididimo-orchitis left side. You need to take an antibiotic, like Tab Augumentin 625 mg three times a day, if your Serum Creatinine levels are normal. You also have to use a scrotal support belt, to relieve the pain. Please do get examined by an Urologist, and continue antibiotics till complete resolution of infection.
