General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Pain in the legs & inner thigh can be commonly due to dehydration. Take plenty of water, ORS, soups, juices to help yourself stay hydrated & to compensate with the NA, K depletion in your body electrolyte system.

You can even take intravenous fluids to help yourself recover faster. Since you have a history of AF, you should get CBC, ECG, X-ray, Lipid profile, stress tests, CT, MRI did to rule out any developing coronary artery disease (CAD).

Sometimes, PAD, Peripheral artery disease is indicative of undiagnosed heart disease.

If you are diabetic, control your blood sugar level as diabetes triggers worsening of heart diseases.

Take boiled food & food cooked in olive oil to reduce cholesterol & triglyceride levels. Do regular exercises & 2 km of walking every day. Reduce weight.

Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
