Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Lower Right Side Of The Body

Good afternoon. I am a healthy 56-year old female in good shape. I am experiencing a sharp pain in my lower right side. It is brought on by any activity that engages that area. It does not hurt when i press that area. It is not warm to the touch, I have no fever. It does not hurt to urinate and my urine is normal. I exercise regularly and thought it might be just a pulled muscle, but don t get many of those and I want to eliminate other possibilities.

hello mam...... according to the symptoms provided even i think it might be a muscle strain. Do not exercise for some time involving that area that causes you pain. you can take some anti inflammatory medications along with muscle relaxants (flexon MR). you can try hot wet sponging in that area with a towel wet with warm water. try this for a week or so. If the pain worsens please visit an orthopaedician for further consultation.
thank you
