Suggest Treatment For Sharp Pelvic Pain And Lower Back Pain

Hi everytime I am ovulating I have a sharp pain that lingers just to the right of my left pelvic bone. It also hurts worse when I pee and try to pass gas or have a Bm. There is also a dull constant ache in my lower back just right if my spine (so i believe my flank area) this pain usually last 2-3 days and just goes away. Although the pelvic pain can linger around at all times. Its different with each cycle and is worse some months than others.

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Ovulation pain does not last for 2-3 days, it usually goes within 24 hours.
So the pain you have needs to be investigated for-
- Ovarian cyst/ endometriosis, Pelvic inflammation,probably associated spinal problem ( spondilitis/ disc problem )
Consult your gynecologist for needful investigations &specific treatment.
Thanks.
