General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings Regarding your experience with pain at the left pelvis radiating to to the lower back with associated discharge of a large blood clot I am suggesting that you are developing the following differential diagnosis

Ovarian cyst
Premature ovarian failure
Polycystic ovarian syndrome
Premenopausal syndrome
Coagulopathy
Hormone inbalance

In view of this please do the following test
Pelvic scan
Complete blood count
Hormone profile test
Coagulation profile test

Meanwhile please see a gynecologist specialist with the results and for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

Concerning your stomach pain I am suggesting that you have developed a peptic ulcer disease

Please take some antacids and if no improvement you can schedule for gastroenterologist consult

I hope this helps Regards
