Suggest Treatment For Sharp Raise In BP And Dizziness
I was worried this evening my bp spiked to 160/80; then in 20 mins was up to 180/83; then within less than 30 mins it hit 206/86. I felt dizzy..plus it scared meit has come back down over past few hours, but not to normal levels. Yesterday at times it was 96/69

Consult a physician and get evaluated. Conditions like pheochromocytoma has to be ruled out because it can cause rapid fluctuations in blood pressure. Avoid excess salt in the diet.
