Suggest Treatment For Sharp Shooting Left-sided Pain On Head

Why am I getting sharp shooting pains along the left side of my head every few seconds like stabbing pains ?this is happing alot since last night .. Now I m up and alert a while now and I just got that light feeling in ur head wen u move too quick by the pain that came with it was unreal I had t hold my head because I thought it was goin to explode ?? Any suggestions

These pains are generally experienced with unilateral headaches which lasts for more than 24 hours. There is nothing to worry about and you can take tablet Naxdom.
