Suggest Treatment For Sharp Shooting Pain In The Left Arm And The Neck

I get muscle spasms under my left shoulder blade several times a year. The pain i9s sometimes debilitating, And sharp electrical pain shoots up my neck into my skull. I am wondering if acupuncture might bring some relief. It is possible these are brought on by repetitive motion, but I am never sure of the cause.

Hi you have pain in your shoulder blades and neck very often. In my opinion you are suffering from cervical spondylosis and the pain is spasms secondary to spondylosis. I would suggest pain killers , muscle relaxants and Isometric nec Exercises( Neck Muscle strengthening Exercises) for immediate use. For long term I would recommend only neck Exercises.
