Suggest Treatment For Sharp Stabbing Pain In The Abdomen

My 17 year old daughter continues to have stomach issues which occur off and on. Tonight the pain has increased suddenly and is becoming a sharp stabbing pain. It is located in the upper left abdomen. She was diagnosed with mono last August and it has continued to flare off and on. She is a freshman in college.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the upper left side abdomen pain then it must be colicky pain or pain due to dyspepsia it can be given try with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen and Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, if the pain is persistence then it may needs investigations hope this information helps.
