Suggest Treatment For Shooting Pain Below The Right Shoulder

i have a seriously sharp pain, below right shoulder and it is a shooting pain. kinda like a stabbing feel.this quick pain lasts like 2 seconds and is followed by a blood flow sensation down my right arm to my fingers, not numbing, but a warm sensation. i feel the jolt from my chin , back of neck and it shoots downto stomach

I can understand your concern.
This kind of sudden onset pain is commonly seen with nerve compression.
So we should rule out nerve compression and impingement at shoulder joint and at cervical spine.
So better to consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination of shoulder joint and MRI of cervical spine and shoulder joint.
If MRI is normal then no need to worry much.
Sometimes vitamin B12 deficiency can also cause similar symptoms. So get done vitamin b 12 level and if Deficiency than you will need supplements.
