Suggest Treatment For Shooting Pain In The Chest

Hi, I have chest pains for about 3 hours now like a shooting pain,it takes my breath away. It started happening for about a couple of months but would happen at night and it would be about 4 times a night but it s increased then stop the last two days back today could you please give me advice.I have been diagnosed with polychetamia 2 years ago due to my living choices.not enough oxygen in my kidneys. Don t know what to do?

takeecg and consult cardiologist. for examination and advise on advise of furthr investigation. renal function test may be done.
