Suggest Treatment For Shooting Pain In The Fingers

I am having a shooting pain on my right 4th finger where it meets my palm and the pain shoots up all the way up my arm, I m wanting to go to urgent care in town but I don t want to waste the money if they are going to tell me it s nothing. Pain is a solid 8 out of 10, any ideas?

According to your complain you have problem of severe pain at fingure area that may be because facture of bone.Hand x ray helpful for diagnosis.

In carpal tunnel syndrome there is compression of median nerve that lead to severe pain.Raynaud's phenomenon may ruled out.

Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea. MRI is helpful for further diagnosis.
