Suggest Treatment For Shooting Pain In Vaginal Area

Hello, I have a question regarding my pelvic and vaginal region. Last month I had my period 3 Times and they all lasted about a week long. Now I have it and it doesn t feel normal. I m having back pain, shooting pains in my vagina and back, abnormal bleeding. Its not with my cycle and there was now spotting before I got my period. I woke up in a small softball size pool of blood. I don t think there s a spot that doesn t hurt around my vaginal area. Plus I ve been getting a white discharge and I treated it for a yeast infection and that hasn t went away. I just feel terrible. On a scale of one to ten, I feel like a 9. Please get back to me.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to pelvic inflammatory disease and this can be well managed with NSAID and antibiotic and best drug would be "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" and Tab Cefdinir 300 mg" twice in day, it may need some investigation too, for the discharge P/V "Povidone iodine" suppository can be used hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
