catscans show biapical fibrosis as well as a calcified 3mm granuloma inthe rught upper lobe. fibrotic seen in the form of confluentbands withmild air brochograms. Primary docs says no problem. It doesn't sound normal and I have been experiencing shortness of breath for some itme. What is this?

This is the most common cause for shortness of breath in these patients. So better to get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) for the diagnosis of bronchitis. It will also tell you about severity of the disease. And treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only. You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
