Sir, I am Lekshmi, a btech student. I need a councilling for two problems. I can t control my angry and I can t adjust with a lot of peoples. My best friend give an advice that i can t speak in public equally. I prefer to speak only with my best friends. Thats one of my problem. Some times i am very gloomy . no contact with others. It will break up all relationships. So i need a guidline. Please help me sir.
