Suggest Treatment For Short Term Memory Loss

My mother had an MRI & an EEG for memory loss, severe headaches & weakness on her right side. The MRI showed mild to moderate small vessel disease and the EEG showed she was having seizures. Are they related? Are they the cause of the memory loss and can a drug stop her short turn memory problem?

Welcome to HCM. Both can be related. anti seizure medication can affect the memory some times. all antiepileptic medications work as sedatives. this takes away her attention levels.
