Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Back Pain

I have been cough up stupum for about months its worst in the morning with some shortness of breath at times that wakes me up at night . Tonight I had some chest pains that was painful and upper back pain every semce that happened am feeling better but back is still hurting and having shortness of breath should I be concerned

According to your complain you have problem of shortness of breath that may be because of of respiratory problems.

Pneumonia or tuberculosis like situation cause breathing difficulties. More coughing lead to excessive straining of muscle.

Consult a pulmonologist for further diagnosis.
Chest X ray can done to check lung problem.
Please mention your cough color ,consistency And frequency. That one help in diagnosis. Sputum culture and complete blood cell count helpful.

Auscaltation examination and peak flow test helpful for further diagnosis.
