Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath And Swollen Glands In Neck

Shortness of breath. Throat feels swollen and Muscle when breathing seems to catch and feel like I have to push out the air. Level 95 for oxygen level and breath meter seems ok. On Humera for ulcerative colitis and the arthritis that goes along with it. Also doing lubricants for dry eye or possible eye trouble associated with auto immune.

Welcome to HCM,

Understanding your concern.As per your query you have shortness of breath and swollen glands in neck . Neck pain and breathing problem can occur due to may reasons like angina , other heart problems , muscle strains , nerve compression , Injuries ,diseases, cervical spondolysis and Certain diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis . Swollen lymph nodes in the neck can be due to infection in head and neck region and condition is known as Reactionary Lymphadenopathy and such lymph nodes are mostly tender and mobile. I would suggest you to consult cardiologist first to rule out cardiac problem and orthopedic surgeon for proper dignosis . Doctor will examine physically , ask you to do certain movements and may order CT scan . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant and may recommend specific exercises . For now do stretching exercises and start physical therapy of neck . Doctor may refer you to ENT specialist for swollen glands in neck .
