Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath, Dizziness And Sleep Apnea

Need to know who my brother can see: He has shortness a breath,sleep apnes(c-pap) not helping much, always feeling sleepy and dizzy, He s 68 yrs old. Has been treated by Albert Einstein Pulmonologist, but with all their testing and back and forth appointments. He s no better! Can you offer information on another Lung Dr. in Philadelphia?
