Hi,

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to brochospasm from allergy to cold. Taking a strong coffee will be helpful. If not improving then nebulization with salbutamol or short course of corticosteroids will be needed. You can also take antihistamines like cetrizine (zyrtec) once daily.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.

Thanks,
Dr. Nishad BN
