General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a physician and get evaluated.
Detailed evaluation is required to find out the exact cause.
An echo test and X-ray is required to rule out possible cardiac disorder and chest related problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
