General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Minigynon 30 is a combined contraceptive oral pill consisting of ethinylestradiol and levonorgestrel.

After just starting to use the tablets or usage after a long time, patients do complain of discomfort which can hint towards vascular problems.

Therefore I would suggest kindly contact your doctor at earliest for a change in medication or a different method of contraception.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Riyanka Chail, General & Family Physician
