Suggest Treatment For Shortness Of Breath
I am having trouble with shortness of breath. I feel like I can t catch it. can t get my lungs full enough. I was in the emergency today. they said my heart and lungs looked okay. Every time I get up to do something, it is not long before I have to sit down. Some times if I put pressure flat handed just below my ribs I feel a lot better

It may be due to several causes.
For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, chest x ray, pulmonary function test after chest physician consultation.
Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.
