Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Instability After Injury
hi.. i dislocated my shoulder alot and then i got the operation 4 years age. it then dislocated after an year and half then 2 years later when was yesterday it came out again. i have a game tomorrow if i strap it can i play do you think? and also long term efects of my shoulder, where do i go from here... physioteraphy operation?? cheers for any help
Hello dear. Since you are getting repeated dislocation of shoulder you need to be very very careful. Shoulder dislocation can be corrected with non operative procedures and then immobilization of the limb and rest to the limb for around 2 or 3 months. You should not go to play any kind of sports till your hand gets complete rest and healing. Even later you should not engage in heavy sports lifelong. Hope i have answered your question.
