Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain

hi I am 43 male had 2 stents palced last yr Feb. This feb I started to join Gym and workout to reduce weight and increase cardio exercise. Did my stress test and blood test in April 2016. All seems normal. Currently I am having my left shoulder pain for about a month now Is it normal?

Hello,

It is great you are trying to do exercise and keep healthy. On the other hand you might be overdoing it or maybe you are doing exercises that might be hurting your shoulder.
I would advice you to talk with biokineticists there or other staff that might assist you at the gym related to exercises you should avoid and that might affect your shoulder.

If you do not improve then I would recommend you to see a physiotherapist and get proper advice and exercises specific for you. Pain killers like paracetamol and ibuprofen (after food) can be taken meanwhile.
