I have had a very painful area on my back/sholder blade area for about a year now, doctors have said origonally it was muscular so I was prescribed painkillers and anti infalmatory tablets, I paid for accupuncture for 4 months but nothing took the pain away, my doctor recently sent me for a scan and the person there said there was a void in that area but when I phoned the doctors for results they said every thing was normal. the doctor said that if nothing showed up on the scan I would have to go back to taking the tablets and basically put up with it. My sholder/arm has pins and needles and goes numb and it has effected my job as I am a lorry driver effected my. would the scan show up fatty lumps as I had one removed from the other sholder just 2 yrs ago and to me the pain feels the same. I feel ignored by my doctor as though I am making a fuss
