Suggest Treatment For Shoulder Pain

i am currently on Carbimazole 40mg daily for T3 Toxicosis! in the last 2 weeks i have been experiencing joint first was tendonitis in my left wrist an not at present my left shoulder is in severe pain unable to move my left arm in certain directions!
