Metoprolol is cardioprotective drug... Amlodipin like drug can t lead dyspnea, it can lead gastritis, headache etc.... For dyspnea auscultation done and work up done with... -blood pressure measurement -treadmill -EKG -echo if needed -chrest x ray etc... According to cause further treatment can be guided...
