Suggest Treatment For Side Effects Of Mirtazapine

Recently had cardioversion. Then severe UTI. After taking mirtazapinefor for 3 months, am experiencing many side effects:I.e., deep cough, frequent need to urinate (very frequent), loss of bladder control, unusual sleep time (10-15 hrs per night when taking 15mg, difficulty sleeping when taking 1/2 pill), vision change. Concerned because all are listed as side effects of the drug. Feel reasonably sure it s related to this drug.

I really appreciate your concern, what ever the symptoms you have, like deep cough, frequent urination, sleep disturbances these are not due to the side effects of drug but it may be due to functional elements and it may not be due to any disease too, so need to worry about this but I would suggest Tab Alprazolam 0.5 mg once in day at bed time hope this information helps.
