Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
Plan B can be used as an emergency contraceptive and is effective when taken within 72 hours. The earlier you take it, the more effective it will be.The symptoms you present could be side effects of the drug. Those symptoms 2 weeks after will need further investigations as all can not be explained by the drug's effect. The brown discharge is likely not your period as periods are not brown.Another Possible causes of your symptoms could be pregnancy.I will suggest you take a pregnancy test.If the test comes negative, then you stay and wait for your menses as plan B can cause a delay or even a missed period.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
