I want to switch and take another pills to feel me better. Like Diane 35 or Althea if possible. Will you tell me which pills is the best for me I m only 21 years old but I m of course married and not yet ready to get pregnant soon. Thanks.
Many patients have complained about Yaz pills. You can stop taking it if you are having discomforts.
There are other methods of contraception like IUDs, Implants, patch or shots. Birth control pills with levonorgestrel and a low dose of estrogen are safe.
Progestin-only pills or Mini pills are also safe. You are suggested to visit a gynae, get assessed & take the BC pills/device that will suit you the best.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
