Suggest Treatment For Sinus Congestion And Headaches

I am just looking for an opinion. Since the beginning of July I have had sinus congestion and head aches. Now I have have sinus congestion lightly colored mucus, ear congestion worse when irrigating, extreme fatigue, dry nose, dry eyes, eye floaters, and I feel a little achey.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain all the symptoms are pointing towards sinus infection or sinusitis and ear congestion seems to be secondary to sinus infection leading to post nasal drip that is causing fluid accumulation behind the eardrum..
I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like PNS view x ray or MRI scan can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised a course of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine, do saline nasal irrigation, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..
You can also be advised decongestant nasal sprays containing Xylometazoline or Oxymetazoline, avoid being in airconditioned atmosphere
Do warm compresses around nostrils and also you can be advised antibiotic and analgesic ear drops..
