Suggest Treatment For Sinus Congestion

I have a sensation of pressure in the upper pec area on the right side just below the collar bone. Along with it, I have soreness through my right lats as well as a great deal of sinus congestion. THere is not any pain just discomfort and soreness. I have not worked out in nearly a wekk due to travels so it seems out of line to think this is fitness related. Any thoughts?

Hi.
I would suggest an xray of the neck to look for a cervical rib which causes heavines and pain in that area plus numbness and pain in arm or forearm or hand.
U should consult thoracic surgeon for it.

For sinus fullness i would suggest an antihistamine such as ebastine or cetrizine.
Steam inhalation with application of some balm or vicks over the nose.
You can have anti histamines on prescription.
Thanks
