Suggest Treatment For Sinus Discomfort And Drooling Of Saliva.

I am a daily marijuana smoker, with a medical marijuana card for my seizure disorder. For several weeks now, I have noticed increased mucus-y saliva, on/off sinus discomfort, subtle drooling occasionally, and a new low tinnitis. Could this be due to the smoking, and if so, would an amoxycillin course help? Is vaporising any better? Thanks!

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of Marijuana smoking and having medical card.
This may definitely cause the drooling of saliva and all other symptoms that you have mentioned like excessive mucus production, low tinnitus- can be due to an infection that has spread to the inner ear.
Marijuana can cause many of the symptoms.
Amoxicillin is an antibiotic and may not help in such a case.
