Suggest Treatment For Sinus Headaches, Nausea And Dizziness
For close to 3 weeks I ve had on and off, sinus headaches, nausea, dizziness,dripping in my throat, I have to actually stop any activities and lay down for fair I may vomit or pass out. They come and go though. They seem like all symptons of allergies? I m able to blow my nose in morning but it doesn t always clear my heAd.

Hello,
I think you are having sinusitis together with a middle ear infection which is causing you the symptoms of congestion and dizziness.
You should use decongestants such pseudoephedrine and antihistamines such benadryl or citerizine for congestion.
Also you may need to use antibiotics.
Do frequent nose rinsing with saline water.
