Suggest Treatment For Sinus Headaches, Neck Pain, Body Pain

For the past 4 days, I have had non-stop coughing, sinus headaches, body aching, neck pains, uncontrollable sweating, and major shivering. I have been coughing every 3 - 5 minutes for the past 4 days. Mostly dry with no mucus. My sinus headaches are off and on, only coming when I wake up, the middle of the day, and when I go to sleep. I go to sleep shivering, and wake up sweating. I have trouble sleeping due to severe neck pains. I have checked my temperature daily and there are no signs of any fevers. I have tried various cough and sinus medicines. Like, generic Congestion, Sinus, and Pain reliever caplets. I have also tried Delsym, Cheratussin, Advil, Ibuprofen, and Tylenol.

Hello,

You are suffering from severe sinusitis and repeated URI. You have already used many methods to relieve. To get best results, I suggest:
- Take regular steam thrice a day
- Avoid cold weather, food and drink
- Wear mask to prevent allergy, contamination
- For fever, headache and congestion, you should take combination of paracetamol, Phenylephrine, Cetirizine after prescription
- Use decongestant spray thrice a day
- Complete a course of URI specific antibiotic like Coamoxyclav after prescription. Take it for at least 7 days
- You should consult ENT specialist for evaluation of para-nasal sinuses. He/she might advise you NCCT of para-nasal sinuses. It will differentiate between sinusitis, nasal polyp, deviated nasal septum. In case of chronic sinusitis, endoscopy surgery might be advised to get best results.
