Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I think i am having some serious sinus problems, but my dr. and Midwife are reluctant to do anything because I am 20 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child. They will only let me take tylenol and use saline spray and its not helping one little bit. It is not constant, but for 3-4 days every couple weeks I can barely function because the pain is so bad and I have 2 toddlers at home that need mommy on her feet! What should I tell my Dr so she will do something?
After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that as you are pregnant you can not take medication because they can be harmful in baby’s development, you can take steam twice daily , Tylenol you can take 4 holy to relieve the pain.
Hopefully this information will guide you properly.
Kind Regards Dr Bhanu Partap
