Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection, Face Pain, Headaches, Ear And Eye Pain

I have a sinus infection that has lasted going on two years. My whole face hurts. My ears run and hurt along with my eyes and persistent headaches. Now, my throat stays sore and I have trouble swallowing along with a hard lump under my left ear in the throat along with a clicking noise coming from the inside of my throat. I have tried all medicine, the rinse, nasal sprays, humidifiers, homeopathic remedies, and nothing is killing it. I stay so tired and my face is even starting to look different and gray looking. What is happening to me? It has to be more than chronic sinusitis.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have a severe case of Chronic Sinusitis and pain over face is due to it..
Pain in throat is due to infection and inflammation in throat and can be due to post nasal drip as the mucous formed in the sinuses seems to be draining in throat..
As the throat and ears are connected via Eustachian tube therefore it has also caused ear infection leading to discharge from ears..

I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like PNS view x ray or MRI scan can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can be advised a course of higher antibiotics like Augmentin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine, do saline nasal irrigation, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room..
You can also be advised decongestant nasal sprays containing Xylometazoline or Oxymetazoline..
Put antibiotic and analgesic ear drops..
Do warm compresses over the face.
Avoid spicy and chilled foods..
Do warm compresses around nostrils..

In case if the entire combination of medication and remedies does not relieve you still then you can be advised Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for draining out the sinuses and reducing inflammation and pain..
